And by party, I currently mean an allergy party at this house. Ace has a horrible sinus infection, which is breaking my heart because his whole little face is red and achy. Chris has something funky going on, but clearly he just has to push through that. Knock on wood, I have never dealt with allergies, but I watched Pierce battle his in Alaska for four years and after prescriptions, nebulizers, inhalers, and constant humidifiers blowing something, I thought a change of trees and plants would do the trick. Nope. Ace is having a rough go at "fall" here. But hopefully a couple days off school (which is killing him!!) and some nasal flushes will help a brother out!

Crossing my fingers and my toes!

If anyone has any miracle remedies, I am up for any voodoo at this point. Other than that we are just chugging along this week. I am trying to get caught up on laundry, story of my life. Actually I feel like I get everyone elses laundry done each week except for mine. It just piles up until I get to the point of, should I just go buy new underwear? Maybe.

This outfit however might be on repeat from here on out! I love an outfit that consists of my three favorite things, tee, jeans, and a blazer. You can never go wrong, it is foolproof.

Throw it on this week or save it for this weekend, do whatever you want it's your hot body! And now I am off to administer nasal spray and deliver a new box of tissues.

Happy humpty hump day!

  1. You look like a bombshell in these photos! That mane is flawless! As far as allergies, having the sinus surgery was the best thing I ever did for myself. I still get BAD sinus infections, but not nearly every week like before. Saline sinus rinses and peppermint oil are my saving graces!

  3. I drink an apple cider tea for allergies. The key is to get your hands on local honey (has protective properties against what's in your area). I do warm water, 1 tbsp local honey, and 1tsp to a tbsp (depending on how much you can handle) of apple cider vinegar which is also supposed to help with allergies.
